GULF SHIPBROKERS is managed by its founder Mr. Evgenii Dolgikh, who has been a ship sale and purchase broker since 1999, when he started his apprenticeship with Poul Christensen Shipping. Evgeniy is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (MICS) and holds MSC diploma in Shipbuilding and Ocean Engineering from St. Petersburg State Marine Technical University, MBA diploma in Shipping and Logistics from Copenhagen Business School, Diploma in Ship Finance from Lloyd’s Maritime Academy, Graduate Diploma in Valuations from St.Petersburg State University.
